Welcome to BeautyBook. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. BeautyBook provides a booking and business management platform for beauty and wellness professionals.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use BeautyBook to post fraudulent listings, harass other users, reverse engineer the platform, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules without notice.
4. Payments & Fees
BeautyBook charges a platform fee on completed bookings (5% on Starter, 3% on Professional and Enterprise). Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually and are non-refundable except where required by law. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
5. Privacy & Data
We collect only the data necessary to provide our services — including booking details, payment records, and account information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is stored securely and processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and design on the BeautyBook platform is the property of BeautyBook or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
BeautyBook is a marketplace platform that connects clients with service providers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services rendered by individual businesses listed on the platform. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
